  1. Identify items in your home that don’t bring you joy. Become curious about them and document if there is any guilt attached to them.
  2. After identifying the items, is there another family member that would appreciate the items, or can they be placed in the donation box?
  3. Are there other areas in your life when you feel guilt that you need to unburden?
